The terminals in this section will be installed with a swaging machine. Aircraft Cable assemblies are swaged in accordance with MIL-DTL-6117 and AC43.13. Swaging service and custom made cable assemblies in galvanized or stainless steel cable. Sizes from 1/16” to 5/32” prestetched cable.
We offer pull testing capabilities for proof-loading and destructive pull-testing requirements. To save on material costs, we can make assemblies using your materials. Electro-Etching and labeling is also available.
Measure length of cable assembly as shown in the illustration.
Measure eye and fork terminals from center of pin holes.
Measure ball fittings from center of ball.
Measure stud terminals from end of terminal.
Measure loop with thimble from surface of thimble.
